With the Singapore operations being the hub of their Asian operations, you will be in the midst of the business decision making. Working with a cohesive and accomplished team of achievers, you will be a key element in high value corporate and capital markets transactions for top-notch clients.You will work alongside top management and be heavily involved in the marketing of the firm. Keeping your finger on the pulse, you will enjoy working closely with your clients in international banks and multinational corporations in South East Asia. Involved in the regional activities you will continually be interacting with the firm's established Hong Kong corporate and capital markets teams. In line with the expectations for this exceptional role, our client is seeking a dynamic senior lawyer who is both outgoing and ambitious. Already possessing solid marketing experience you will be confident in building upon your existing networks. An excellent package will be offered to the star candidate who is successful in this role. The Requirements The successful candidate may either be currently working in international private practice or within a highly regarded investment bank. The role will ideally be suited to someone with 5 years+ PQE. Experience of taking a senior/leading role on corporate transactions, such as M&A, joint ventures and securities offerings, preferably in Asia, is required.
