The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer to further their career in the capacity of General Counsel. Reporting directly to the CEO, your primary responsibility will be to give legal and strategic advice to management on all areas of law, particularly in the areas of contracts, compliance, litigation, listings, and employment. As the key person in the legal team, you will oversee and manage a team of lawyers based in Asia and Europe as well as coordinate work with external law firms. This is an excellent position for an individual who is seeking diversity of work and the opportunity to travel on a global scale. The Requirements Our client is seeking an adept legal professional who has strong experience at management level. You should have at least 8 years experience, including 3 years of practicing commercial law within a reputable law firm. Exposure to international and trade law practices of USA and Europe is preferred. You should have strong leadership and project co-ordinations skills as well as the ability to communicate with management at all levels. Generous package on offer.
