The Business This leading multinational petroleum company has interests in the trading of petroleum, the chartering and operating of oil tankers and the supply of other petroleum products. The company is seeking to appoint an experienced lawyer to this newly created position. The Opportunity You will be responsible for all legal matters of the company, including the drafting and review of all corporate and commercial agreements, including major project agreements. You will provide overall legal advisory and consultation services to the heads of various divisions in the region and support management in their strategic reviews, plans and implementation. The Requirements You will have at least eight years post qualification experience in corporate or projects from a leading law firm.
