The Firm

The Opportunity
As a result of an extremely successful year in 2005 our client is now looking to bolster its corporate finance team by adding a further partner to its thriving practice. The firm will offer immediate partnership to the right candidate as well as the opportunity to become involved the firm's decision making process on relation to its future direction and growth in the Asia region.

The Requirements
Suitable candidates shall have broad corporate experience in Hong Kong with a PRC focus. Such experience may include: mergers and acquisitions, advising issuers and sponsors in relation to listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, advising listed companies on regulatory compliance, advising on PRC inbound and outbound investment and providing advise in relation to asset and/or project finance.
