The Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual who has a keen interest in the funds industry. If you are seeking a genuine step-up and the desire to become involved in the development of cutting edge investment products in both the legal and commercial aspects of the business, then this position may well be of interest to you. Being an integral member of a strong team, your role will be to provide advice to various business units within the company on legal, commercial and regulatory issues relating to a broad spectrum investment fund platforms, investment advisory services and custodial matters. This is a regional position which will involve periodical travel. The Requirements The client is seeking an accomplished legal professional who has solid financial services experience from private practice or internationally respected funds house. You should have excellent team playing skills and a good command of industry related commercial issues. Your experience may be Asian based although overseas financial services experience is also highly valued. The role will ideally be suited to someone with 4-7yrs PQE.
