The Opportunity For an outstanding corporate commercial lawyer to join the team. Reporting to the head of legal, you will provide various corporate commercial advice across a number of business units regionally and play a key role in new initiatives in risk management. Work will cover drafting, vetting and amending commercial and contractual agreements, liaising with local and foreign lawyers, and assisting on new projects. The Requirements Experience from an international firm, commercial acumen with proven negotiation and drafting skills. This is a regional role and there will be occasional travel across Asia Pacific. The role will ideally be suited to someone with 4-7 years PQE.
