The division provides products for all major asset classes and sophisticated investment solutions to private and international investors worldwide. The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for a senior lawyer seeking a high profile role within an impressive investment bank. If you are seeking a genuine step-up and the desire to become involved in the development of cutting edge investment products in both the legal and commercial aspects of the business, then this position may well be of interest to you. This role is ideal for an individual who is seeking a challenge, has a strong business-oriented mindset, and is well versed in asset management products. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, you will be responsible for heading up the division and work to establish, develop and implement an effective infrastructure across the region. As the major contributor to the overall development of the division, you should have strong business acumen, strategic skills, and excellent leadership capabilities. The Requirements Our client is seeking an accomplished legal professional who has solid financial services experience, preferably within asset management, and strong business development skills. Private equity experience is a plus. Your experience may be Asian based although overseas financial services experience is also highly valued. The role will ideally be suited to someone with 10+ yrs PQE.
