The Business Our client is a global investment bank whose derivatives business is rapidly expanding in the Asia Pacific region. The Opportunity You will be responsible in Singapore for legal coverage and transaction execution in the area of commodities and commodity derivative products, especially energy derivatives products, to ensure that all legal services required in connection with the set-up, structuring, sale and trading of these products are provided in a high quality, timely and cost effective manner, and that all risks and liabilities associated with these businesses are properly identified, assessed and minimized. This is an opportunity for a driven mid-level lawyer to forge a career with one of the world's great investment houses. The Requirements You will need at least 6 years of post qualification experience gained either within an investment bank, financial institution, commodities trading house or from a leading law firm.
