The Opportunity The suitable candidate will be responsible for day to day compliance matters pertaining to all areas of business. Namely to support the business activities of the bank and control risk by advising on transaction structures and related legal, regulatory issue by drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. The Requirements To qualify, the senior counsel should be well versed in leading a team to handle litigation, regulatory investigations and employment law matters and advise on management of legal concerns associated with business structure, process and intellectual property.
