The Opportunity The firm's London Finance Group is looking for more exceptional capital markets lawyers to join them. The team advises many of the worlds leading financial institutions on financial markets products. They operate across the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Their international practice has expanded rapidly over the last two years and is now one of the largest finance practices in the City of London, comprising over 230 lawyers, including 70+ partners. The features that mark this client out from its competitors are: a reputation for developing new approaches to traditional financial products; the quality of their relationships with leading financial institutions; and a very strong investment bank-based practice. The Requirements Candidates who have previous experience of debt capital markets, preferably with a focus on asset-backed securities and/or structured credit products would be welcome.
