The Business
Our client is a global bank with a long established and rapidly growing business in Asia.

The Opportunity
You will lead a small team of lawyers providing commercially oriented legal solutions to senior bankers and traders on a wide range of business and product lines, including: debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives and structured finance, trade and project finance, and general corporate and commercial advisory.

The Requirements
You will need at least 12 years legal experience (10 years PQE) gained within an international law firm and investment bank or other financial institution. You should be qualified in a prominent common law jurisdiction such as either the UK, USA or Australia.
