The Business
Our client is a highly regarded Hong Kong-based company that has a technology focus.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Counsel and as part of a small team, you will provide legal advice to the business units on a wide range of matters in order to facilitate the effective running and continued development of the company. You will be negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements relating to all aspects of the commercial operations and special projects. You will also be involved in compliance and regulatory matters.

The Requirements
Our client is looking for a Hong Kong qualified lawyer who has gained solid in-house experience and has a good instinct for dealing with commercial issues. You should be fluent in English and Cantonese and be able to read and write Chinese.
