Our client is a leading US law firm with a strong local corporate finance practice.
The Opportunity
You will be given a book of established clients and will advise on a variety of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A work, high profile IPOs and general corporate governance matters. You will work with an impressive group of corporate partners and play a key role in both servicing well established clients and also building the corporate practice. This is a rare opportunity for a senior associate to move straight into an equity partnership position.
The Requirements
This position requires a lawyer with excellent client relationship and leadership skills and extensive corporate finance and China practice experience gained from working at a well regarded law firm in Hong Kong. Ideally you will be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
