This is an opportunity for an experienced projects lawyer with PRC-related experience to move in-house and work more closely with the commercial side.

The Business
Our client is multinational energy company that has an ever-expanding presence in the Greater China area.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will demonstrate their versatility by advising on PRC issues relating to a diverse mix of transactions that will encompass project development, project financing, foreign direct investment, corporate commercial, and construction. You will be involved in structuring transactions and drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation relating to those transactions.

This position is based in Hong Kong and reports to the Senior Legal Counsel for China.

The Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of PRC-related projects and foreign direct investment experience and should be admitted in a common-law jurisdiction or the PRC. Fluency is Mandarin is required.

Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of PQE are encouraged to apply.
