The Business
Our client is a specialist private bank with an expanding portfolio of high net worth clients in Asia.

The Opportunity
Private banking continues to be a stable and expanding area of financial services, even during times of relative economic uncertainty. The successful candidate will receive training on all relevant aspects from the Head of Legal, who has significant breadth and depth of experience in advising on private banking matters in Asia. You will be given the opportunity to work on complex and interesting transactions, learning how to pin-point the needs of your high net worth clients and mitigate risk in order to protect them.

This position is based in Hong Kong and reports to the Head of Legal for Asia.

The Requirements
The ideal candidate should be common-law qualified and have between one and three years of experience gained in banking & finance, derivatives or capital markets, either at a top-tier financial institution or law firm. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous.
