The Role
In this exciting opportunity for a Singapore qualified lawyer, you will become an integral part of a team which undertakes sophisticated M&A, JV, takeover and corporate restructuring work acting for corporates and investment banks. With a reputation for handling complex and innovative transactions, joining this firm will allow you to undertake some of the most exciting work in the region. In addition to outstanding work, you will be an integral part of a team in which the lawyers are impressive, young, vibrant and supportive. As this firm has recently secured a QFLF licence, you will also be well placed and mentored as the aim will be to promote the successful candidate to partnership within two years.

The Candidate
Suitable candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Singapore qualification and some Singapore Law Experience.
• Technical excellence.
• Not less than 6 year's corporate experience, including solid M&A experience.
• Experience gained while working, ideally, for both a local Singapore firm and also an international firm in Asia, Australia or the UK, BUT top candidates who only have local experience will also be considered
• You must be career-focused, ambitious and driven
